My name is Sophie. I had been massaging for 5 years before being blessed with the opportunity to open The Sanctum. I had been dreaming of ways to combine my massage skills and holistic interests with something creative and completely my own. And so from a beautiful chance conversation I set up my space in Port Noir, a newly unveiled tattoo studio on the Royal Albert Dock in June 2023

I am trained in body massage, deep tissue techniques, facial, aromatherapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, dry/fire cupping, hopi ear candles, passive stretching, reiki, sound healing and pregnancy massage.

The treatments I have curated fuse these ancient techniques together to nourish the body, mind, and soul. Each session is a blend of rhythmic movements and precise pressure points that align with the body's natural energy pathways. These age-old methods, enriched with modern insights, allow me to offer a truly holistic healing experience. Through this practice, I help my clients achieve a profound sense of balance and inner peace.
